Nuno Caçoilo (Born in 1995 in Aveiro, Portugal) joined SPINTEC in January 2020 as a PhD student, under the supervision of Lucian Prejbeanu and Olivier Fruchart, as a joint work with LETI. His research interest is focused on the study of the 3D scalability of spintronics devices, paving the way towards the integration of the PSA concept in a viable technological processes, compatible with high areal density and mass production.
